Sessions can either be -
Face-to-face via Walk&Talk (or EcoTherapy) in the Blue Mountains area.
Online video call via Zoom.
or Telephone call.
Our first session together is finding out about you and also a little about me. We can talk about what it is that has brought you here and what your thoughts are for your counselling time.
Your counselling session is carried out holistically and inclusively, at your pace and directed by you. It is your life and you know yourself better than anyone.
My role as your counsellor is to listen to your story and become curious about any seemingly unconnected ‘dots’ and explore whether they can be arranged into a picture that makes sense to you.
Walk&Talk (or EcoTherapy) - This takes place in a few locations in the Blue Mountains area. On the day, we will need to fill out a risk assessment before heading off. The walks are in parks, so no bush walking involved. Or just sitting on a bench having a chat.
